The Best Kind of F Words

I didn’t come to faith with fireworks or certainty. I came dragging my feet, half convinced it wouldn’t last. I argued, doubted, and tried to keep God at a distance. Little by little, the walls came down. Not because I suddenly became holy, but because He kept showing up in ways I couldn’t ignore.

This book is filled with stories like that. Stories of fear that refused to let go, and the courage that slowly grew in its place. Stories of family conflict where silence spoke louder than shouting. Stories of friendships that showed up with a lawnmower or a hot meal when life got hard. Stories of bills stacked on the kitchen table and the long slow climb out of debt.

It’s about faith that doesn’t always feel strong, and freedom that sometimes feels out of reach. It’s about forgiveness that seems impossible until the moment you finally let go. It’s about the hidden strength to take one more step, even when your heart feels heavy and the path looks uncertain.

God’s F Words is about the parts of life we don’t like to admit we struggle with, and the God who meets us right there; in the doubt, in the waiting, in the real mess of being human.

This book grew out of those moments, and the eight words that kept showing up along the way.
